“You’re the most unsympathetic body of men I’ve ever met.” Mr W. T. Hill .(Ashburton) told the Main Highways District, Council at Timaru recently when he failed to get a seconder to a motion to obtain a larger subsidy than usual for a bridge at Ashburton.
