Some amusement was caused at a meeting of the Southland Rugby Football Union tho other evening when one of the members of the executive related how he detected some small boys climbing over the fence at a recent match held at Rugby Park (states the Southland Daily News). The official approached them and asked them why they had climbed over the fence. “The man at the gate would not let us in,” was the candid reply.
