METHODIST MISSIONS.
MEETING O.F THE BOARD. AUCKLAND, ’March 1. At the annual meeting of the Board of the Methodist Foreign Missions Nurse Edna White and Miss M'Donald were accepted for work in the Solomon Islands, and will leave about June. It was decided to request the Methodist Conference to appoint the Rev. Mr Scotter secretary, and Mr J. W. Court lay treasurer, to represent the New' Zealand Church at the semi-jubilee celebrations at the Solomon Islands next August. The following officers were elected for the ensuing term: —The Rev. Mr Sinclair, general secretary; the" Rev. Mr Goldie, chairman of the mission district; the Rev. Mx Marshall and Air J. W.- Court, treasurers; Mr L. Knight, auditor.
