The relations of the woman have no power to take her from your custody. “ Worker.”—lf the engagement is at so much per day no deduction should be- made except in the case of default by the worker. “ Grubber ” asks: "Is it legal for a property owner to charge a trapper so much per hundred for the right of trapping on his property?” Yes. Inquirer ” asks: “ Forty years ago I lent a sum of money on an lOU. The money has never been repaid. Can I recover the sum in a court of law? ” ——No. , ‘ l 'J ac °-”— (1) A divor £e can be obtained on the ground of misconduct. The applicant for the divorce would require to appear in court. (2) The applicant can instruct any solicitor in the matter. “Guarantor.”— The estate of the guarantor having paid the debt is entitled to take action against the persons who were guaranteed. If the mercantile firm held any securities the guarantor is entitled to take over these securities.
