SHIPMENTS OF MEAT.

COST TO OWNERS. WELLINGTON. January 18. The New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board has been asked to publish estimates of the shipping of meat on the owners’ account. The costings should be of help to farmers who are contemplating sending forward a parcel of meat on consignment. The costings are computed on the basis of lamb at a 341 b average, mutton at a 561 b average.
