One of the first six Renault cars ever built, dated 1898, was recently taken out of the South Kensington Museum, London, as a test of the durability and time-resisting qualities of the petrol engine. Within three minutes the old car was running the streets again as it did 28 years ago. The car has been in the museum for over 20 years. Photograph shows out shopping in the old car in the West End. —Fox, photo.
