N.Z. .AHMY TEST OF PLUVOL. WAERPROOFING POWERS PROVED. The following test was carried out at Trentham in 1915 by Captain T. M'Cristell, Camp Quartermaster. A pair of boots were treated with Pluvol, and then completely immersed in water for a period of three hours. The quantity of water absorbed by the boots was absolutely nil. A similar pair of boots, not treated with Pluvol, were then placed in water for three hours. Water absorbed, one pint. Use Pluvol to waterproof and preserve boots and all leather goods.
