PROCEEDING TO FIJI. AUCKLAND, July 0. Mr Frank Tate, Director of Education in Victoria, is a passenger by the Niagara. With the consent of the Victorian Government, Mr Tate has been appointed a member of the Commission set up by the Governor of Fiji (Sir A. Hutson) to inquire into education in that colony. Mr F. H.
