A NOISY MOTORIST.
PALMERSTON NORTH, July 5. “This is the sort of thing the people of Palmerston North have been oomplaining of for a long time/’ stated Mr Stout, S.M. at the Magistrate’s Court this morning, when a young man appeared before him on a charge of motor cycling without a silencer. “It is time,” his Worship continued, “that motor cyclists learned they cannot SO about the streets almost awakening the ead.” His Worship imposed a fine of £5 with costs.
