MURDER AND SUICIDE
FATHER’6 FRENZIED ACT. SYDNEY, July 10. At Cronculla this morning, Charles Nicholls, a photographer, in a fit of frenzy murdered his wife and two sons, aged 12 and seven. lle then set fire to the house and committed suicide. July 11. Latest investigations incline to strengthen the police belief that Mrs Nicholls, driven desperate by the unfortunate position of the family, killed her husband and sons and then committeed suicide, but, all the direct evidence having been destroyed, there is great difficulty in solving the mystery.
