STEAMER HELD UP.
CREW REFUSE TO SAIL. WESTPORT, July 3. The Crossbill, which was expected to sail for Nauru this afternoon, is held up by the crew, who refuse to sail until their quarters are fumigated, as they consider that they are insanitary.
