A cat’s curiosity led it into an unenviable position in a Palmerston North home. It had jumped up on to a window sill with the intention of entering through the window, which had a hole about the size of a tennis ball in it. Finding the window closed, the cat wr* gled its head through the hole and then discovered it could not move either backward or forward. It was necessary to smash the rest of the window to release the prisoner.
