Quite the latest with, tho Wanganui flapper is a safety blade in a silver holder attached to a nice ribbon and hung on the front of the bodice (says the Herald). In addition to being used for sharpening pencils or pealing apples, it is also handy for applying to tho back of the neck to remove superfl uou# hairs.
