A tribute to the Territorials of New Zealand was paid by Major-general Young, G.O.C. N.Z. Forces, at Wellington recently. “I have been looking round the camps lately, and it gave me great pleasure to see what a high standard the Territorials are coming to,” he said. “The boys are extraordinarily clean and keen, and they turn themselves out very well.
