MISSING GIRL FOUND. LONDON, May 11. The Sunday News publishes a lengthy statement by a friend of Miss Kaye, saying that the latter admitted her infatuation for a man whom she did not name. She said she felt sure that nothing but misery and suffering would be the result. “ Yet I must go on with it,” she added. “ I belong to the cave-man age. The narrative suggests that Miss Kaye discovered that the man was already married. The police are extending their investiga tions to other south coast resorts. Thera are rumours that dramatic surprises are pending. The police are searching for another missing girl. Detectives overhauled the parish rubbish tip at Eastbourne. They recovered the charred bones of a woman’s skull, with fragments of the jaw and a blackened gold tooth plate similar to that worn by Miss Kaye. The Sunday Express' states that the missing girl has been found. It is believed that she has made a statement to the police which throws light on the affair. May 1 2. Tlie Daily Chronicle says: “ A new and mysterious figure has been introduced into the Eastbourne murder ca=e, and there is a possibility of a second arrest shortly. “ The police are searching for still another missing girl.” May 15. The search for the murderer of May Anderson is narrowing down. The police now know that Anderson was drinking in -a wine saloon in the city on Saturday, and in the afternoon was seen with a man in the park in the city. They were also informed that the woman was later seen intoxicated on a tram en route to Long Bay.
