CONFIDENCE IN GOVERNMENT. ROME, July 17. Following a remarkable oration by Signor Mussolini, in which he hinted at a dissolution of the Chamber if the Electoral Reform Bill was obstructed, the Chamber of Deputies passed a vote of confidence in the Government by 303 votes to 130. A motion approving of the general principles of the Bill w'as adopted by 235 votes to 139. Seventy-seven members did not vote. LONDON, July 20. Tho Rome correspondent of the Morning Post states that a r.ew Ministry, to be devoted to national economy, will be appointed before the end of the month. The labour organisations will probably be invited to share in its direction. Signor Mussolini is persevering in his policy of cultivating a durable agreement between Capital and Labour. The Government desires to achieve unity between the General Labour Confederation and the Confederatoion of Fascist Corporations. ROME, July 21. The Chamber passed the new electoral law by 223 votes to 123. A MURDERER RELEASED. ROME, July 18. A man who was sentenced to life imprisonment for murder lias been pardoned after serving 46 years.
