Qualified hunters are those who have qualified in compliance with Part 6 New Zealand Hunt 3 Association Rules, and masters' certificate of qualification must be produced at the scales. 2. Gentlemen riders must have certificates, as emergency riders' certificates cannot be i'.av id. 3. YYinncr of any race after declaration of weights may be re-handicapped. 4. All entries and acceptances must be addressed to the Secretary, and contain entrance money, name, and description, age, and pedigree of horse, namo of owner, colours of rider, and name of trainer. 5. The Committee reserve the right to alter dale or time for declaration of weights, nomination, or acceptances as they deem fit--0 Colours. —Any person who shall at any meeting where the totalisator is used, run a hoc-e. i.-, colcurs not duly registered in his ■ns,**' shall, in every case, pay the club a fire of £l for every start. 7; Any entry, acceptance, declaration of forte.*, or payment made by telegram or telephone shall he binding, but shall be con€,ri<d in writing forthwith.
