Sir Francis Bell, Minister oi Justice, in pursuance of a warrant of His Majesty the King, presented Constables F. J. O'Donoghue and R. J. Wilson, of Wanganui, with the King’s Police Medals, in recognition of conspicuous bravery displayed in the arrest of two armed criminals at Wanganui on the night of May 8, 1921.
