BUENOS AIRES, June 6. The Bolivian Government has decreed a state of siege in some departments, alleging that the mine workers are plotting a revolutionary strike. According to despatches to Lanacion open rebellion lias allegedly begun at one point, but the Government’s measures prevented its spread. WASHINGTON, June 5. San Salvador reports state that telegraphic communication with Honduras has been cut off for a fortnight. Confidential messages received by the Government at Washington from Honduras reveal signs that a revolution is pending. Refugees who are arriving in New Orleans consider that a revolution is certain. NICARAGUA, June 7. The Government is sending troops to the Honduras frontier as a precautionary measure against revolutionaries crossing. The telegraph line has been cut, but other sources advise that there are grave internal disturbances in Honduras.
