THE SUN. . The sun’s path during February will lie in R.A. from 20.56.19 to 22.41.58, in south declination from 17.18.18 to 8.14.26. and in longitude from 311.37.10 to 338.53.12. THE MOON. The phases of the moon will be as follow: Full moon, 2nd. 3.23 a.m. Last quarter, Sth, 8.46 p.m. New moon, 16th. 6.37 a.m. First quarter. 24th, 11.36 a.m. Perigee, 4th; 6.48 p.m. Apogee, 20th, 7.48 p.m. THE PLANETS.
