The Committee reserve the right to alter the date or time for declaration of weights, nomination, or acceptances as they may think fit. 3. Owners are reminded that the fee to the ACCIDENT INSURANCE FUND and Riders’ Losing Fee must be paid before starting; and the PROVIDENT FUND FEE of £1 must be paid to the New Zealand Trotting Association before nomination. 4.
