EVEREST EXPLORERS.
LONDON, Julv 14. The concern which was felt at the Lack of news from some of the Mount Everest explorers has been removed. The explanation is that they were held up by swollen rivers in Tibet.. J uly 15. In connection with the Everest expedition, General Bruce reported on June li as follows:—While making a- further attempt on the mountain from the north col, snow swept 10 porters over a crevasse and buried them deep in the snow. Three were rescued alive, the remaining seven being dead when recovered.
