PRIME MINISTER HONOURED.
WELLINGTON, July 10. On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of his accession to the Premiership, the Reform members of the House of Representatives tendered to the Right Hon. W. F. Alassey a complimentary dinner this evening. Kir Win. Ileiries, who presided over a large gathering, on behalf of the members presented Mr Alassey with a handsome silver soup tureen, and with a silver trinket box for Airs Alassey. both articles being suitably engraved.
