One of the latest forms of illicit pleasure concerns the waterfront (says the Dominion). The. owner of a 33ft cutter, moored in ’’•’vans Bav. visited that locality on Saturday morning with u view to skimming the waters blue, but was surprised to find that his craft had vanished. Or. making inquiries he learned that the cutter had been manned by a crew bent on enjoying a holiday cruise in the Marlborough Sounds. \s no'permission had been asked, or given, some awkward questions will have to be answered bv those who were bent on enjoying “a life cm the ocean wave during the Easter holidays.
