Shareholders in the Bruce Woollen Co. have been notified that the company is issuing' 30,000 shares (says the Herald). This is owing to considerable expense Laving been incurred in providing addiiional plant and buildings which have been paid out of funds, “but in view of the fact, that still further purchases of plant must bo made, and also of the fact that the company’s financial arrangements are to some extent hampered by the amount already paid, the directors deem it advisable to ask for more capital.’’ The shares are to be fully called up, anil any unapplied for by members of the company will be disposed of by the directors upon such terms as they think Gt.
