Good progress is being made with the erection of the bridge over the Alanuherikia at the Manorburn (says the Alexandra Herald). The bridge is now half-way over, with the decking and rails all in place. About another live weeks should see the bridge completed. The approaches, however, will take some time to make, there being a good deal of work involved in the "making up” on tile far side. Speoifica/tioiis for this work are in the course of preparation. and tenders will be invited at an early date.
