DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS.
WELLINGTON, September 19. In the Divorce Court the hearing was resumed of the petition of William Boothby, of Lower Hutt, in a dissolution of his marriage with Annie Boothby. on the ground >f misconduct with Phillip Neil Cameron, married. and residing at Folding, where he was a farmer. It was staled that the parties were married in ISO 9. and the offence was committed at Lower Hutt. Since that time the woman had left her husband, and had lived with the co-respondent. The jury found for petitioner, and awarded £1750 damages, the full amount claimed
