DROWNING FATALITY.
STEAMER’* BOAT CAPSIZES. NI'AY PLYMOUTH. September 18. A boating disaster involving the deaths of four men occurred at the port- .here this afternoon, when a small open boat, rigged with a sail, was coming to the wharf fn>m the American -reamer Hastenn*r. which was lying iii the stream. A rough sea was running. Shortly after leaving Be steamer the small boat found the sea too rough. An attempt wo- made to put hack, jug p, f , rudder was wa ct-d away, making ii-uun mij.o--ih.le.
