DROWNING FATALITY.

STEAMER’* BOAT CAPSIZES. NI'AY PLYMOUTH. September 18. A boating disaster involving the deaths of four men occurred at the port- .here this afternoon, when a small open boat, rigged with a sail, was coming to the wharf fn>m the American -reamer Hastenn*r. which was lying iii the stream.
