C.—lf you are certain that the land in question belongs to you, you can go on the land and carry out the necessary work of removing the fence to its true boundary line. If you are in doubt as to the true boundary line the matter will require t-o be decided by a magistrate. Farmer.—The matter is governed by the Arbitration Court award dealing with the question. You should obtain a- copy of the award from the Labour Office in Invercargill. Aussie. —You cannot compel the local authority to spend a portion of the rates cn any particular road. Fence.—(l) If A has given notice to B to fence, and no cross notice or objection Js served on A within 21 days, A should proceed with the erection of the fence and charge B with the half cost of erection. (2) If the payment is unauthorised by law, it is a matter for the Government auditor to take action. Income. — fl) If there are next-of-kin of the deceased the estate would be distributed ■amongst his next-of-kin in accordance with the Administration Act and the Statute of Distributions. (2) The matter would depend entirelv on the exact wording of the will. North. —(1), (2). and (3) Under the circumstances the husband could not obtain a divorce. (4) Yes, provided there are grounds for divorce. (5) The three years would not be counted for divorce proceedings. (6) The wife is legally entitled to all the money earned by her. Enquirer.—lf the property was in your husband’s name lie could grant a lease of it and would not require to obtain any other person’s consent to the granting of the lease. Your legal rights depend entirely cn the terms of the lease.
