Kara asks.—(l) Can a married woman make a will leaving all her money to her children or must she leave a part or share to her husband ? (2) Oot.il cl the husband claim any part or share in her money? Answers.—She can dispose of her property by will in any manner she pleases. (2) The husband could make a claim on the estate under the Family Maintenance Act, and it would be a matter for a judge of the Supreme Court to decide if he was entitled to any part of the estate. Constant Header asks.—l gave an auctioneer a property to sell by auction. The property was not sold, the auctioneer failing to receive a bid. I have since received an account from the auctioneer for advertising. I s the auctioneer entitled to charge for advertising under the above circumstances? *-A n awer. —Yes. T. W. —The wife and family of the deceased would succeed to the estate of the deceased. Ignorant. (1) The owner- of the freehold i® entitled to cut down the trees and use them. If, however, in cutting down the trees he leaves no boundary fence, lie will require to jmn with his neighbour in erecting a sufficient boundary fence. (2) The occupier of the crown land has no claim to the trees. (3) If the present fence is not on the true boundary line, both neighbours will require to share the expense of erecting the fence on the true boundary. Eno. You would require to serve a notice of dissolution on your partners and advertise in the Gazette the dissolution. You will, of course, be liable for all debts contra-tedduring the partnership. Inquirer,^Tim aru.-—You should have made definite terms with your employer as to wages upon your re-entering his service. Yon could not legally claim the extra money unless yo.u were able to prove to the -satisfaction of the magistrate an agreement to pay wages at the rate claimed by you.
