THE SESSION. (From Our Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, February 22. Members of ihe Opposition doubt very much whether the coming session of Parliament will last only 10 days A somewhat lengthy discussion, they state, is likely to take place on the Address-in-Reply, which alio vs members greater freedom of debate ihan does the Imprest Supply Bill. Various acts of the Government are likely to be discussed, not only by the Labour Party, but also by other sections opposing the present Administration. One of the matters that will bo taken exception lo is the proposed appointment of an Acting-Prime Minister who is not an elected representative of the people.
