GROUP SCHEME SUGGESTED. WELLINGTON, February- 25. A scheme for establishing e diploma of commerce was considered v representatives of the Bankers’, Insurance, and Shipping Officers’ Guilds, and of the New Zealand Society of Accountants yesterday. The scheme was presented by the Dunedin Committee representative of the Otago University-, the Society of Accountants, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Manufacturers’ Association. The suggested groups are: — An industry group, a banking and finance group, a shipping and transport group, an insurance group, and a political science group.
