STOCKS OF CEREALS

THE NOVEMBER CENSUS. SMALLER HOLDINGS OF WHEAT. A census of stocks of flour, wheat, and oats in the dominion was taken as at November 30. and the results have been published in the abstract of statistics. The Government Statistician states that returns were received covering all stocks owned or stored by millers, merchants, and farmers throughout the dominion, with a few unimportant exceptions that would not appreciably affect the totals obtained.
