ANNIVERSARY OF WELLINGTON
WELLINGTON, January 23. Anniversary Day was celebrated in ideal weather yesterday, the principal attraction being the races, to which large numbers journeyed. A st(Cooedid regatta was held in the harbour. Marongi (scratch) won the First Class Yacht race, with Ailsa (lOmin) second, and Atalanta (9min) third.
