A daring theft was perpetrated at Te Avaroa a few days ago, a sum of about £IOO being stolen from the hotel safe (reports the Gisborne Times). It is stated that the hotelkeeper accidentally left his safe unlocked and went upstairs, returning a few minutes later, to discover that a sum of money and a number of cheques had been abstracted from the safe. The police were notified, and are now malting inquiries. Taken on sugar, inhaled, or rubbed on the chest, “NAZOXj” never fails to relieve coughs, colds, sore throats, and chest tightness. Is 6d buys 60 doses.
