circles were awaiting with the keenest interest the race between Man o’ War and Sir Barton, at Windsor, Ontario. It Is believed It will be the greatest match in the history of the American turf. The distance is a mile and a-quarter. Man o’ War is a chestnut three-vear-old, and will carry 1201 b (8.8). He is owned by an American, Mr Sam Biddle. Sir Barton is a four-year-old chestnut, owned by a Canadian, Commander J. K. Boss, and will carry 1261 b (9.0). Besides a 75,000d0l purse, a gold cup valued at oOOOdol, will be presented to the winner.]
