There was -such a great crowd turned away from the Concert Chambers at the first of Miss Daisy Kennedy's farewell concerts that Mr Gravestock considered it wise to hold the second concert in the large Town Hall. Owing to the departure of the Reverina for Sydney having been delayed Miss Kennedy crave an extra concert in the Town Hall last night, and again there was a very large audience. Miss Muriel Starr and her company were to have left for Sydney yesterday, but the boat being delayed, the company gave an extra porformance of "Three Faces East" at the Grand Opera House last night Mr Kennedy Blaok is to take up his old position of musical director of _ _ "The Dandies." He' has resigned his position as manager of the Liberty Theatre, Christchurch. "The Luck of the Navy" is to be presented for the first time in New Zealand at the Grand Onera House to-morrow night by the Allan WiLkie Company.
