Prior to any race, the Stewards may order a parade in front of the Grand Stand. The owner of any horse absent from such parade without the permission of the Stewards will be fined 2sovs. In all handicap races, except two-year-olds, where not otherwise sta-ted, the minimum weight will be 7st. Owners and Trainers will only be admitted to the bird cage immediately before and directly. after any race in which they have a horse engaged.
