During the past six months fully 200 properties in Nelson have changed hands. A party of American schoolboys has been visiting "Australia as part of a regular scheme. The Maoris of Rotorua have begun work on the mats and presents to be worn at the reception to the Prince of Wales, and the daughter of Sophia, the well-known guide, is busy weaving the mat that will be presented to th-3 distinguished visitor.
