Tho Tofua left Papeete on l9th September for San Francisco. The Makum left. Suva for Honolulu and V aricouvcr on the 20th September. Tho C. and D. liner Port Albany, from Australian ports for the United Kingdom, arrived at Wellington on 22nd inst. The U.S.S. Co.'s Moana. from San Francisco, left Papeete on the 22nd inst. The steamer Tahiti cleared Tahiti on 17th of September for Wellington. The Bassano left Now York on September 12 for N.Z. ports and Australia. The S.S. and A. steamer Corinthio arrived at Wellington on the 22nd September from Plymouth, via Panama, with troops. The schooner Northern Chief sailed from Auckland on 24th, via Port Albany, for London.
The Ruapehu left Colon on 19th inst. Homeward bound. Th 0 steamer Lorain, from New York, via N.Z. ports, arrived at Sydney on 23rd inst.
