NOTICE TO TROTTING- OWNERS.—The Provident Fund fee is now £l, payable direct to the Association before Nomination., otherRULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All Nominations end Acceptances must be accompanied by the necessary fees, otherwise they may be deemed informal. Any entry of acceptance made by telegram or telephone must be cenfirmed in writing forthwith, giving full particulars. If not confirmed within eeven days the owner will bo fined £2. 2 Nominations for all Handicaps, including Trots, to be made to the Secretary on or before 5 p.m. on MONDAY, October 6, 1919. 3. Weights will be declared on TUESDAY, October 14, 1919. 4 Acceptances will bs received up to 5 p.m. on MONDAY, October 20, 1919. 5. Handicaps for Second Day will be declared at 7 p.m. on OCTOBER 25. Acceptances at 8 p.m. 6. Winner of any race after declaration of weights may be- rehandicapped. 7. The New Zealand Rules of Racing will be strictly adhered to. 8. The Trotting Races are held subject to the Rules of the New Zealand Trotting Association. 9. Entries to state name, age., colour, and pedigree of horse, name of owner, and trainer, and cnlcuis of the rider, and performance of all horses not known to the Handicapper. NOTE.—AII riders must appear in proper jockey costume, and ride in the colours declared, or a substantial fine will be imposed. This rule will be strictly carried out. 10. Every person applying for admission to any course, and every person entering or endeavouring to enter.a horse for any race, and every person'having or subsequently acquiring any 'interest in" such horse, shall b» deemed to accept all the.conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by the Rules, and to be bnrrerl from questioning the action of the Conference, appeal judges, Association, Club, Racing Club, or body, committee, stewards, officials, agents, or servants in respect of any such person or horse or any person connected therewith otherwise than is provided in Part XXX of the Rules of Trotting and in Parts XXXI and XXXIV of the Rules of Racing.
