Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest possible opportunity, under a penalty of 2eovs. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances. ' Prior to any race the Stewards may order a parade in front of the grand stand. The owner of any horse absent from such parade without the permission of the Stewards will be fined 2sovs. In all handicap races, except two-year-olds whero not otherwise stated, the minimum weight will bo 7st. Owners and Trainers will only be admitted to the bird cage immediately before and directly after any race in which they have a horse ongaged. The winner of any race after declaration of weights may be rehandicapped.
