A record for local egg-laving competitions has been put up by an Indian Runner duck in the competition now proceeding at Mount Albert. Tin's bird, which is owned by Mr E. W. Daniel, has laid 100 eggs in'loo days, and is maintaining the same regularity on the road to the second oentury.
