HOSPITAL SCHEME IN HOKITIKA. HOKITIKA, August 19. At a meeting- of the trustees of the Hokitika Savings Bank to-day £IOOO was voted towards a new wing and nurses' quarters at the Wcstland Hospital to mark the conclusion of peace. The building schemo involves an expenditure of about £12,000 for partial completion and an additional £BOOO for full completion. ' The board is now arranging to undertake the work as soon as the plans, which are now in hand, are prepared.
