A Gorman U boat officer detained in the Tower of London on suspicion of having mnk hospital ships has boon identified as Commander Keiserwotter. Ho was one of fcho " dog-foxes" of the Gorman submarine Bsrvice —that is, one of the boldest and most
cruel officers. He was in ccmmand of one of the U boats interned in Spain which havebeen surrendered to France, and was his way back to Germany with, a* 1 he claims, a safe-conduct from the French authorities. He was arrested at Falmouth.
