Prior'to any race, the Stewards may order a parade in front of the grand stand. The owner of'any horse absent from such parade without the permission of the Stewards will be fined. 2sov,«. In all hnniieap races, except two-year-olds, whero not otherwise state-J, the minimum weight will be 7st. Owners and Trainers wil! only bo admitted to the bird cage immediately before and directly after any race in which they have a horso engaged. The winner of any race after declaration of weights may bo rehandicapped. Entries and Acceptances close at 5 p.m. on their respective dates unless notified to tho contrary.
