WAIPAWA, January 11. The- will of Mr Josiah Howard, an elderly sheep farmer, who died recently, leaves the whole of his estate to "his Majesty the King-," and hopes that the farm will be utilised for the purpose of founding an agricultural college. The property consists of 8000 acres,- and the estate is worth approximately £IOO,OOO.
