Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest possible opportunity, under a penalty of 2sovs. Owners are responsible for all penalties end allowances. Prior to any race, the Stewards may order a parade in front of the grand stand. The owner of any horse absont from suoh parade without the permission of the Stewards will be fined 2sovs. In all handicap races, except two-year-olds, where not otherwise stated, the minimum weight will be 7st. Owners and Trainers will only be admitted to the bird cage immediately before and directly after any race in which they have a horse engaged. The winner of any race after declaration of weights may be rehandioap])ed. Entries and Acceptances close at 5 p.m. on their respective datee unless notified to the contrary.
