MILITARY SERVICE BOARD.
TIMARU, June 6. Before the Military Service Board to-day the appeals of the Rev. Messrs Abbey, Coatsworth, Paris, Spencer, and Challenger were heard. Tho Methodist Conferenc representative (the Rev. T. A. Jougliin) stated that the irreducible minimum had been reached. Tho board adjourned Mr Coatsworth's case sine- die, classing him 02. In tho case of Mr Spencer, who was shown to bo not ordained, the decision was reserved. Tho other appellants are to be medically' examined.
