SOLDIERS AND DRINK.
WELLINGTON, June 8. A regulation gazetted to-day makes it an offence for anyone to sell or supply liquor to any member of the Expeditionary Force or any person who has been discharged from the Expeditionary Force and is undergoing medical or curative treatment as a patient or out-patient of any hospital or other institution. The supply of liquor by or under the direction of a medical officer or practitioner having- the care of a patient is excepted.
